Dr. Lopez, a native of Crystal City, Texas, was a 1984 graduate of the medical school at Universidad de Nuevo Leon in Monterrey, Mexico. He completed his residency in family practice at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas in 1991. Dr. Lopez began his practice in San Benito, Texas in July of 1991.
